Club Referrals Terms & Conditions

Club Referrals is designed to promote a collaborative spirit in which all parties benefit. There are just a few things we ask you to be considerate of. By participating in the program, you agree to the following:

  1. Any form of abuse of the referral program, including for example making purchases using your own referral link or uploading discount codes/unique links to aggregator websites, will not be tolerated and will result in instant removal from the program and/or cancellation of any affected order(s).
  2. The referrers unique link will be generated on making their first valid purchase at clubbackdrops.com, and provided via email on fulfilment of that and subsequent orders. Once invited, it will also be displayed on the referrers account page.
  3. A successful referral will be triggered when a new customer makes a valid purchase via the referrers unique link. Referrals will be approved within several days of a valid purchase.
  4. The referrers unique link will automatically apply a discount code for 1 (one) free backdrop with any other backdrop purchase, excluding Mystery Packs & Bundles. The offer is eligible to new customers only, and may be combined with some automated discounts, though is not valid with other discount codes. The lower priced backdrop will always be free.
  5. If the new customer opts to not utilise the provided discount, or uses a different discount code, it will still count as a referral.
  6. For each successful referral, the value of 1 (one) standard size backdrop will be added to the referrers Club Rewards points balance. The referrer will be notified by email, and can choose to exchange their points for a Club Backdrops Gift Card instantly, or wait until they accrue more points to get an even bigger discount off future orders (as per Club Rewards Terms & Conditions).
  7. Club Backdrops reserves the right to alter the referral program terms at any time, and if so any changes will be communicated via email.
  8. Referrers are responsible for acting within their local laws in regards to promoting paid-for content (e.g. adhering to laws laid out by the Office of Fair Trade).
