Club Rewards Terms & Conditions
Club Rewards is designed to reward our most loyal customers. By participating in the program, you agree to the following:
- Earn 1 point per 1 GBP or 1.5 USD/EUR or 2 AUD/CAD spent at the Club Backdrops website.
- 1 Club Credit can be claimed for every 20 points earned.
- When your balance is over 20 points, the option to Claim Club Credits will be made available on your Account page.
- Claimed Club Credits will be emailed to you as a Gift Card.
- Your points do not expire whilst the Club Rewards program remains active (subject to any change in terms as outlined in clause 11), but claimed Gift Cards expire after 1 year.
- Gift Cards may be forwarded to friends/family. If there is a balance remaining on a Gift Card after a purchase, that balance can still be used towards a future order.
- 1 Club Credit = 1 GBP or 1.5 USD/EUR or 2 AUD/CAD, redeemable at the Club Backdrops website only.
- Points will only be earned commencing the Club Rewards launch date of 25 Nov 2022. Historical orders prior to this date are not eligible for points.
- Claiming Club Credits is irreversible.
- Club Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Club Backdrops reserves the right to alter the Club Rewards program terms at any time.
