I was looking for something with a nice wear off, organic feeling. I live in a tiny rental apartment and all my surfaces are glass, so I was so excited when I saw this backdrop mimicking the wooden table I wish I had for my food photography!
I have used it a couple times now and I love it. I loved the moody vibe in this picture, and I loved how much it changes under a softer and more etherial light. It is definetly the versatility I was looking for.

It is the best backdrop you can buy for still life photography. The PVC sheet has the right measures to be able to work in the studio and at home and it is very easy to manage the light because there are no annoying reflections. The texture is perfectly printed and the surface is really realistic. An excellent purchase that I can no longer do without it.

I can put them wherever the light is good. I don’t have any kind of studio so that could be the bathrooms, bedroom, garden …
So quick to get out and re- store. And they look completely real. Perfect!

The resolution of vinyl is excellent - the picture is crystal clear and is great in both the foreground and the background. I’m using the backdrop for amateur food photography and it’s been a perfect first investment. Really nice matte wood effect background. I loved that it's so huge. Other boards are all square or small, so this was a very generous size that would suit any size of products that I want to shoot against it. Happy with the pricing too. I really like the wood backdrops in particular. They are highly detailed and very realistic. I love that they are water resistant which is great when working with food photography so you can wipe them with a cloth afterwards. My one suggestion would be to have the backdrops printed as full bleed because the white edges on each end can make photographing from certain angles a little cumbersome. Otherwise I'm very happy with my backdrops and will be ordering more soon.

I was not sure of which background to choose for certain product photography, after speaking to Matt he gave me advice and pointed me towards one or two that my do the job. I purchased the 3 for 2. I was really happy with one of them but needed to replace 2 of them with a different theme.
Matt was so understanding and there was no problem at all in returning backgrounds and they were replaced immediately.
The quality of product and service is second to none and I would highly recommend Photography Backdrop Club and I have no doubt that I will be making more purchases in future
